Harsh leads the development and innovation of AnswerPilot’s AI‑driven voice assistant system, tailored for businesses in service industries. As CTO, he oversees architecture, product roadmap, and AI integrations, shaping a system that answers calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments—all while integrating seamlessly with CRMs and calendars. Harsh is currently pursuing studies in Computer Science and AI at UNC Charlotte and previously contributed to R&D in industry settings. He brings full-stack expertise and a strong focus on production-ready AI that’s both reliable and scalable.

Jake leads business strategy, product-market alignment, and client growth at AnswerPilot. Before launching AnswerPilot, Jake cut his teeth in door-to-door sales for a pest control company, gaining firsthand insight into the sales process, customer objections, and the urgency of lead response. That real-world experience now fuels how AnswerPilot’s agents are trained to communicate, convert, and book with human-like confidence. Jake is a student at UNC Charlotte and an active member of the Charlotte entrepreneurial ecosystem, including leadership in the Charlotte Sales Network.
