That frustration sparked an idea: what if there was an AI built specifically for pest control that could handle these conversations automatically?

‍After the summer, Jake dove headfirst into the world of conversational AI and, within a few months, built the first working prototype of an AI phone assistant designed just for pest control businesses.

Knowing he needed a strong technical partner, Jake began searching across UNC Charlotte for someone who shared his drive to build real-world solutions.

That’s when he met Harsh Bhadania, a computer science and AI student with the technical expertise to bring the vision to life.

The two hit the ground running, combining Jake’s industry and sales insight with Harsh’s engineering skill to create an AI that could answer and resolve every call on its own.
